Developments—tested for your application
Our products are constantly being further developed. New developments must prove themselves in our in-house laboratory. Here, different product behaviors are tested under simulated conditions. In order to obtain the most accurate results for your application, we are also happy to test our products on your original material.

Refinement redefined
Nach dem Druckprozess gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Veredelung, um die Lebensdauer, das Aussehen und die Haptik eines Druckprodukts zu verbessern.
Diese Techniken können zusätzlichen Schutz bieten und die visuelle Attraktivität erhöhen.
Zu den gängisten Veredelungen zählen Lacke und Laminate.
Lacke können in verschiedenen Formen angewendet werden.
Neben vollflächigen Glanz- und Mattlacken können auch Spotlacke gedruckt werden.
Das ist eine partielle Lackierung, die nur bestimmte Bereiche des Druckprodukts hervorhebt.
Ähnliche Effekte lassen sich mit Laminaten, Prägungen und Relieflacken erzeugen.
Die Wahl hängt von Ihren speziellen Anforderungen ab.
Die Möglichkeiten sind vielfältig und bieten zahlreiche kreative und funktionale Vorteile für Druckprodukte.

Mit unserer strikten Qualitätskontrolle überlassen wir nichts dem Zufall.
Mittels klassischer Bogenkontrolle, Einzelkontrolle und kameragestützer Prüfung sichern wir die Produktion ab.
Auf Wunsch werden kritische Maße nicht nur gesondert geprüft sondern auch protokolliert.
Die Zertifizierung unserer Managementsysteme nach DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 sowie DIN ISO 14001:2015 sind für uns selbstverständlich.
Aufgrund unserer weitreichenden Branchenerfahrung können wir viele unserer Produktqualitäten mit UL-Zulassungen (MH 28911, MH 47110, MH 47110 Certified for Canada) sowie BAE oder STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® ausliefern.
Darüber hinaus sind wir stolz, auch Etiketten für Lebensmittelverpackungen anbieten zu können, die für den direkten Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln geeignet sind.
Hierfür werden regelmäßige HACCP-Analysen durchgeführt und in sensiblen Bereichen wird ein striktes Hygienemanagement eingehalten.

Für uns sind Produktkennzeichnungen A-Produkte und dementsprechend haben sie bei uns höchste Priorität.
Überlassen Sie die Lagerhalterung getrost uns und Sie haben mehr Zeit sich auf das Wesentliche zu konzentrieren.
Gerne können Sie auch Rahmenverträge mit uns abschließen und wir sorgen dafür, dass Sie nie ohne "Aufkleber" dastehen.
